Stop, Drop and Read!: Best Books for Middle-Grade and Teen Readers to Read in a Day

In honor of Beverly Cleary’s birthday, April 12 is Drop Everything and Read Day (D.E.A.R. Day)! To celebrate, schools around the country encourage students to take at least 30 minutes to stop whatever they are doing, drop all other activities and just read. The problem is which book to read?
